All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, algorithms, and designs, are owned by DocWiz or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in California.
